The NEWS of Shrig Lynpo’s visit boiled the
disposition of every family of Bjishong Middle Secondary School in delight.
School had been busy for almost two days in doing the preparation to welcome
the Shrig Lynpo on 26th September 2014. Students, teachers, non
teaching staffs all worked collaboratively to make sure there is no room for
mistake and down fall in the preparation. As anticipated, everything worked
smoothly and meaning fully.
Bjishong MSS is the only Secondary School in the
Dzongkhag that cater the education services to the four gewogs children for
secondary level. Viewing the immediate need for secondary, the school is
upgraded to MSS in the year 2007. Presently Bjishong MSS is piloted for center
school as well as it is one of the autonomous Schools in the country.
His excellence Shrig Lynpo, escorted by Gasa Dzongda
and other bureaucrats arrived in School, approximately at around 3-3.30 PM. It
had been wonderful time for the family of Bjishong to offer Tashi Khadar and
listen to the fabulous speech addressed by His Excellence. His Excellence also
shared the very concern of His Majesty the Fifth King about the negative
attitude we the Bhutanese people have in giving up very quickly from any sorts
of challenges. It happens especially with the adolescence; therefore, he said
that we need to take our problems as challenge that will ultimately become an
opportunity.
With great respect, Vice principal of the school
addressed the vote of thanks and the thanked His Excellence for taking his time
to visit in the School. The family of Bjishong bade goody buy to His Excellence
for his safe return to the Capital.
